80 Mile Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis
On Sunday June 23rd 2024 Maddi will participate in the crossing for Cystic Fibrosis to raise funds for the Pipers Angels Foundation. You can donate to her cause here as the minimum requirement is $2000.

Maddi will be volunteering with the Life Rolls On crew in Nova Scotia on Saturday August 19th. You can learn more about the event and volunteer here.

Maddi launched On Board in 2014 and has been running the event annually ever since, raising over $40,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society specifically for brain cancer research. Since creating the fundraiser, sponsors had introduced her to the world of SUP racing which has completely turned Maddi’s life around. Want to know more about the sport of stand up paddling? Ever wanted to get involved but not sure how? Come on out and attend a dry land stand up paddling workshop where Maddi will walk you through everything you need to know. All are welcome to come and learn about the sport, its fundamentals, racing, forecasting and Maddi's master thesis research in the field. $5 cash admission fee at the door. All funds go towards Maddi's Thailand research trip for May 2020.
Maddi will be competing in Toronto at the Indoor International Boat Show. Heat times TBD. Live link to the races can be found on the Boat Show Website and Maddi’s Facebook page closer to the event.
Maddi will be returning to her high school to present her Masters Thesis topic.
Come watch Maddi cross Lake Ontario on Saturday or Sunday August 17th or 18th (Weather dependent) at Lakeside Beach in St. Catharines. Finish line is at Cherry Beach in Toronto, ON. This will be her third year returning to this race, and her first year attempting a solo crossing
The big event! Maddi’s annual brain cancer research fundraiser will be taking place at the Welland Community Boathouse. Come on out to enjoy a fun day in the sun while participating in either:
